Please pray for the missionaries in Uganda
Below is a prayer request for the brethren in Uganda who lost one of their missionaries in the violence that took place in Kampala the other day. If you wish to send a donation to their ministry in this time of need you may do so by logging on to www.audiobiblekjv.com and scroll down to the bottom of the first page. Thank you so much.

Brighter Days

It was confirmed late today that Marie Smith (51, Irish nationality) was killed in the bomb explosion in the Ethiopian restaurant, in Kampala, Uganda, while viewing the final game in the FIFA SWC last night (July 11, 2010).
Please pray for her three sons, Roger, Todd and Sammy, as well as many close friends who with us will greatly miss her. Marie was an outstanding missionary, who gave her life to reach the African continent, going places where angels fear to tread. She had been a faithful witness for the past 21 years in southern Africa and had a wealth of understanding the various African cultures as well as speaking different African languages. Recently her health had been declining which held her back from some of her witnessing activities, but she refused to give up. Instead she took a trip to Uganda where she had been for the last 2 months of her life, and was very happy there. She had been a member of TFI (The Family International) for almost 36 years.
For those in this area, we will keep you updated with the funeral/memorial arrangements.
Love and prayers
